What is Fraps?
Fraps is a Application which you Can use for Recording(Mainly),Taking Unique Screenshots,And Fps.
The reason fraps is good is because its very easy to use and it is very usefull especially for Admins and Movie creators

How to use Fraps
Well first of all,Download fraps from Here And then set it up,After that You can choose what you want to do. And then it should say the capture key and how to put it on and stuff,Once its ready,Go ingame and click the keys which you set and ... Off you go!

For who and what is it used for?
Admins:When recording a hacker before banning a person.
Players: Recording some stunts or just fun!
